REGISTRATION AND BADGES
When and where can i pick up my badge?
REGISTRATION IS LOCATED AT THE MID-PACIFIC CONFERENCE CENTER
On-site registration and badge pick-up will be available on Level 2.
Tuesday 18 AUG: 0800 – 1800
Wednesday 19 AUG: 0800 – 1700
Thursday 20 AUG: 0800 – 1400
Do i need to wear my badge at all times?
Yes — for security reasons, attendees must wear their event badge at all times.
Who can attend ipiw?
The Symposium includes content for both government/military and industry participants. Certain sessions may be restricted to certain registration types.

Where is the most up-to-date schedule?
For the latest schedule, always refer to the live Agenda or the Schedule at a Glance on the event website or in the Global SOF Mobile App.
do i need the event app?
The App is strongly recommended to view sessions, speakers, maps, and networking opportunities. Scan the QR code on site or search “Global SOF” in your app store to download. The App will be available approximately 2 weeks prior to the event.
where do i submit my interest to be a speaker?
While the agenda for this event is already finalized, we encourage prospective speakers to submit their interest for future GSOF events via the Speaker Interest Form — this helps us curate and align upcoming symposium content with community expertise.
What are the options for medical care?
Medical care, if needed, is world class. The Queen’s Medical Center is just three miles from the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

MEALS & CATERING
are meals provided during the event?
Lunch will be served on Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibit Halls.
*Military attendees may purchase a Meal Package to participate in the catered options.
will there be networking events?
Expect a variety of evening networking receptions, including a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall and another Networking Reception. A Closing Reception may also be announced.
*Receptions included with Full Conference registration unless otherwise noted.
EXHIBITORS MOVE-IN/OUT
when is move-in and move-out?
Exhibitor move-in: Tuesday (18 AIUG) 0800 – 1500
Exhibitor move-out: Thursday (20 AUG) after the event concludes.

what is the dress code for the symposium?
Military: Uniform of the Day or as directed by command
Industry: Business casual attire for sessions and receptions

The Hilton Hawaiian Village is ADA accessible.
For specific accommodations, contact the Global SOF events team. Security checks may apply to certain sessions. Badges must be visible at all times.
Is there an overflow hotel?
Global SOF does not have a dedicated overflow hotel for this event, but nearby, you will find the Hale Koa Hotel, Prince Waikiki, and Luana Waikiki Hotel and Suites.
