- Entrances to the facility are located directly across Terminal 2, outside of Baggage Claims 26 and 31.
- Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 Baggage Claims 19-31, can easily walk to the entrances previously noted.
- Passengers arriving at Terminal 1 Baggage Claims 6-11, Terminal 2 International Arrivals, Baggage Claims 16-18 and Terminal 3, can proceed to the designated rental car shuttle pick up points to be transported to the facility.
- Upon arrival at the facility, proceed to Level 2 where the following companies are located: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, Thrifty, Sixt.
