Prepare for Travel: Don’t Miss New Requirements for Visitors to Thailand
Here are the new requirements, in accordance with Immigration Act B.E. 2522:
- All travelers are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card prior to entry.
- Foreign nationals staying in Thailand for more than 90 days must notify the nearest Immigration Office of their current address in writing upon reaching the 90-day mark, and must continue to do so every 90 days thereafter.
- Foreign nationals are prohibited from working in Thailand unless they have been issued a valid work permit.
- The Thailand Digital Arrival Card must be completed within 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival in Thailand.
